Hi Nik,

congrats for the new mugo! That´s a real hammer ... WOOOW!

Sorry that I have to ask ... Don´t you think that the beginning of August is a bit too early for collecting pines?

Best wishes,
Igor

Thanks for the compliments, Igor

It is not too early for pine collecting at all. Last year I started collecting even earlier and had great survival procentage - 7 out of 8 collected mugo pines survived.
So just go ahead and start collecting yourself.

Hi Nik,I am so jealous at you that you can search for this beautiful yamadori in your area.
Congratulations with your great find.
This pines are not growing in Holland, but I will collect in the coming winter some very old willows with very old wood on it and some are completely hollow.
Maybe we can trade tree's with each other if you are interested in a good old dutch willow?
Greetings Ed
