Firethorn with berries

Orange firethorn (Pyracantha orange glow) with ripe berries. Withouth the berries only 25 cm high.

Yew progress

This yew is allso making a good progress.

The photo under was thaken in May (this year).

And only three months after the photo above it looks like this.

It even has two berrys.

For the last thing we visited the all famous Gonkgo center.
For real. I was dissapointed. It was just like Ed and the guys at Lodder said. The trees were overgrown, the prices huge...
But they had a few nice pots. Anyway, I wasnt impressed.


Because taking photos isn't allowed there, only one photo.

The next day we visitted my good friend Ed van der Reek in the suburbs of Rotterdam. Ed is a plessent fellow with a nice bonsai and cat (he has nine cats!) collection.
We spent a nice couple of hours at his place.

Our next stop was in Holland, at the Lodder bonsai center. They have a nice collection of bonsai and pots.
